All online Feldenkrais classes are grouped into 8 week courses unless stated differently.

    Mp3 audio files can be purchased together with the course to help you dive deeper into the material and to catch up in case you can’t make it live. I’ll send them across to you 48 hours after each session. £10

Audio Recordings of the Online Group Classes

Revisiting the classes with the help of the audio recordings supports the embodiment. All audio recordings are available for purchase for the participants of the course after each season. Each course includes 8 audio files. The regular price per course is £80 / 96 EUR.

Online Feldenkrais Private Classes

In total I am offering a maximum of 10 Private Classes per week. Get in contact to check my availability. Please inquire if there is another time you would prefer and I will do my best to accommodate you.

You are able to book a single private session with me. However I do offer packages as I believe it is important to work intensely over a shorter time to get long lasting results.

They are valid for 2 months after the first session.

Booking & Payment

Book your group class(es)

  • The current courses are linked on the main page,
  • in the drop down menu under FELDENKRAIS > ENGLISH classes and FELDENKRAIS > DEUTSCHE Kurse and
  • in the side menu when reading blog posts.

Watch out for the confirmation email from Zoom with the link for the class(es). I highly recommend to add the class dates directly to your online calendar. That way any issues with the different time zones will be solved as well.

Book your private class(es)

Get in contact via email. We’ll decide on days and times. I’ll create the zoom meeting(s) and will send you the link for your registration.
