Awareness Through Movement, the Feldenkrais Group Classes

Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes are non-strenuous and suitable for all ages. My seated morning classes Stay Mobile and Beweglich bleiben are a gentle way into the Feldenkrais Method. If the floor is your friend join the Move Better course. We are exploring movements in different orientations on the floor.

Book a drop in class or join a FREE taster class to find out if this kind of work is helpful for you. For the highest benefit it’s recommend taking the full course. If you prefer a more flexible approach the ATM classes are available as drop-in classes too.

ONLINE Feldenkrais Group Classes

Since lockdown I have moved my Feldenkrais classes online. With Zoom I have a found a platform which allows me to continue helping you in the safety of you own home.

Try out Zoom here zoom.us/test/. Their help pages make the setting up process easy. Anyway I recommend to read through my blog post: How to best set up for online exercise classes.

The set up with a camera allows me to observe your movements and to guide you safely through gentle exercises. Verbal feedback supports the process. Thanks to the internet and the functionality of Zoom I am able to offer you the audio recordings of the group classes as an extra bonus. Plus the geographical location is no longer an obstacle!
